Security Access Cards
To maintain a secure environment in the building, all tenants are required to have a Security Access Card to gain access into the buildings and parking facility. Your company will be provided with a number of cards equal to the number of parking spaces allotted in your lease agreement; however, individuals who require after-hours or 24-hour access should be designated as such. Please try to keep the number of individuals requiring this access to a minimum.
In the event an Access Card is lost or stolen, tenants may obtain a new Access Card by submitting a completed Card Request Form to the Management Office.
Please report the loss of theft of an access card immediately so it may be cancelled.
The replacement access card may be picked up in the Managmenet Office located in Suite 100. A total charge of $20.00 per card, will be assessed to the tenant's company. All invoicing must go through the company account. We are unable to invoice tenant employees directly.
